About Us
Duesim Investments (Pty) Limited t/a Franp Cooling Systems is an Eswatini based private company established in 2007 and licensed under the Eswatini Company Act as amended. It was formed by Mr France Simphiwe Matsebula with the aim of delivering quality, reliability and total customer satisfaction to our clients.
Franp Cooling Systems is committed to providing the highest quality industrial refrigeration, heat transfer and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems via our team of highly skilled managers, technicians and associated staff who exceed our customer’s expectations by delivering reliable, cost effective, productive and safe services that are environmentally conscious.
Our Mission
We see ourselves as a leader in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC&R) industry. We continue to better ourselves on all levels to remain a top achiever. Our purpose is to contribute to our industry by training and educating our personnel on new innovations in HVAC&R.
HVAC&R is the technology of automotive indoor environmental comfort. This is important in the design of medium to large industrial and office buildings, where safe and healthy building conditions are regulated with respect to temperature and humidity, using fresh air from outdoors. It is also applied in domestic settings, especially in areas where temperatures can go to extremes, but also just to provide comfort in homes through heating and cooling as necessary.

Relavent Experience
Franp Cooling Systems was established in 2007 and manages the industrial refrigeration and air conditioning requirements of some of Eswatini’s leading food, hospitality and specialised industry such as Mondelez International, Esibayeni Lodge, Public Service Pensions Fund to name a few. The company’s management boasts more than 10 years of experience and leads a team who understands the business requirements of how to apply the right cooling and heating systems that comply with the standards of a broad range of industries
Our company’s success is due to its commitment to fulfilling customers’ expectations and developing and maintaining good relations. We have always had the philosophy to continuously improve our business through the provision of quality products and services and the continued development of our management system. This system delivers clear and concise direction on how our employees provide to you, our customer, and the service that delivers safe, environmentally responsible, reliable and quality equipment.
We have worked on projects for the Public Service Pensions Fund to the value of E700 000.00 on a one-year contract. Currently, we are working on our third consecutive one-year contract with Mondelez Swaziland (former Cadbury) to the value of over E400 000.00. Esibayeni Lodge is also one of our current clients and has been for more than 3 years now. Our current contract with them is for a year and is to the value of E120 000.00. We have also worked on another project for EEC, worth the value of E1,200,000.00.
